Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa, drive pipeline, and own the top of the funnel. You will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role in South Africa. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and multi-channel sequences.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the sales team.
