You will own the top of the funnel, crafting personalized outreach and maintaining clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records to support account executives.

The role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
