Blacksmith Agency is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to open doors across South Africa. You will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, forming the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients in a distributed, remote setup.

You will own top-of-funnel activities, craft personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records while driving consistent pipeline growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years SDR/BDR experience; SaaS or agency background a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and multichannel sequencing.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
