Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith to potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to build sequences, manage your own pipeline and achieve volume goals with high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
