Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, crafting thoughtful outreach and representing Blacksmith to potential clients.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication and experience with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, plus Salesforce for pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar experience.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM workflow.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
