Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is a remote, full-time role within South Africa.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Experience with outbound outreach platforms (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
