Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role where you will regularly use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume targets while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Proven ability to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools to generate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
