Blacksmith Agency LLC is recruiting Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

Use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that builds pipeline. We value grit, curiosity and coachability as you navigate outbound sequences and collaborate with Account Executives to drive qualified discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
