Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-funnel outreach across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book discovery calls for the Account Executives, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith with potential clients.

You will manage your own pipeline using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other outbound tools, while refining messaging through feedback loops with the sales team. A background in SDR/BDR and SaaS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
