Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients with thoughtful, personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Ability to personalize outbound outreach at scale
• Comfort with outbound tools and managing own pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
