Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with decision makers. You will craft personalized outreach and maintain Salesforce/SalesLoft records, driving pipeline from the start.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
