Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a remote South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and initiating personalized outreach to set qualified meetings.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to build and maintain accurate pipeline data, craft effective sequences, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
