Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across the country. As an outbound SDR, you will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, build accurate contact lists and maintain clean records, while collaborating with the Account

Qualifications

2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
