Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with decision makers—using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to drive pipeline.

This full-time, remote role is based in South Africa, focusing on thoughtful outreach and high-quality touchpoints to open doors for Blacksmith Agency’s clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
