Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches. Remote work within South Africa is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP for Blacksmith Agency.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
