Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline in Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team
