Job summary

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute personalized outreach that hits volume goals while maintaining high quality. We value gritty, curious, coachable professionals with 2 years’ SDR/BDR experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft effective messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the sales team.
