Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

As an SDR, you will source ideal accounts, create contact lists, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives, while maintaining Salesforce and SalesLoft records and refining

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role, SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
