Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives who will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls with potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain an accurate pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years SDR/BDR experience in agency or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
