Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join the expanding sales team. This fully remote role focuses on generating qualified leads, initiating contact with prospects, and understanding their needs to communicate the value proposition effectively.

You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Development Representative role preferred but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential customers for solutions.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and pain points.
• Articulate the company's product and service offerings clearly and compellingly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and follow-up.
