Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers and crafting personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.

You will book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, while testing messaging and optimizing targeting with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
