This is not about spamming a list—it is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

You will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Ability to personalize outbound outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Proficient with Salesforce and maintaining pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts in SA.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
