Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone, maintaining accurate Salesforce and SalesLoft records.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, familiarity with marketing automation tools, and a proactive, coachable mindset to hit volume targets while keeping outreach high

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
