Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Proficient with Salesforce and maintaining your own pipeline.
• Strong written communication and tailored outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
