Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You’ll craft personalized outreach and maintain CRM records as you support the sales team. This full-time, remote role offers the chance to build a pipeline from the ground up, with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce in use to hit ambitious volume

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
