Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for Account Executives.

Strong written communication and the ability to personalise messages are essential. You will use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo and manage your own pipeline in Salesforce remotely.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools.
• Comfortable managing own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source ideal accounts based on ICP and build lists.
• Identify decision makers and create accurate contacts.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and feedback with the sales team.
