Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and build the pipeline. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

This is a full-time remote position across South Africa, with the team leveraging Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to hit ambitious volume targets while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar capacity.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
