Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to drive pipeline and open doors with qualified decision makers. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing, and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run thoughtful outreach while maintaining high-quality interactions. Remain coachable and data-driven in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
