Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, shaping first impressions for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
