Belgravia Resourcing is seeking an ambitious SDR to join our team. You will focus on outbound calls, social selling and email outreach to generate 20+ qualified meetings per month with UK buyers, in a remote, performance‑driven environment.

The role offers OTE of R230,000–R575,000 per year plus uncapped commission. Success requires 12+ months SDR/BDR experience, fluent English and the ability to handle high call volumes. A reliable laptop, headset and internet are essential for remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in SDR/BDR or appointment-setting role.
• Experience with the UK market.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfort with high‑volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, social selling and emails.
• Consistently schedule 20+ qualified meetings per month.
• Work toward sales targets while maintaining outreach quality.
• Maintain CRM records by logging prospect interactions.
• Qualify leads using agreed criteria before passing to clients.
• Represent clients professionally in all communications.
• Produce clear reports on booked meetings and opportunities.
• Stay organised with multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Participate in team incentives and culture-building activities.
