This fully remote role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. Experience with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical SaaS customer support.
• Experience with CRM and helpdesk platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work remotely in South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support via email, chat, and phone.
• Diagnose SaaS issues and guide users to resolution.
• Document interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with details.
• Meet SLA targets for response and resolution.
