Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Advocate for our fast-growing SaaS platform. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users from home across South Africa.

This remote-first role requires 3+ years in customer support, excellent English, and strong problem-solving. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, and contribute to docs and FAQs while enjoying flexible remote work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience, ideally remote or SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with helpdesk CRM systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Home office with reliable high-speed internet.
• Proactive and customer-centric attitude.
• Experience with Zendesk or Intercom is a plus.
• Passion for technology and helping others with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SaaS platform issues with clear solutions.
• Guide customers through features and best practices.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Identify customer needs and preempt issues.
• Contribute to customer-facing docs and FAQs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.
