Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in industrial automation and robotics.
• Proficient in programming ABB, KUKA, Fanuc robots and Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Experience with vision systems and automation components.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Superior virtual communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Stable home office setup with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission automated systems and robotic cells.
• Develop and optimize robotic work-cells for various manufacturing applications.
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and other control system components.
• Perform remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system debugging.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other engineers via virtual platforms to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics, flow diagrams, and user manuals.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation and robotics technology.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation design and implementation processes.
