Placements24 in South Africa seeks a licensed Residential Real Estate Agent to join its fully remote sales team. You will build rapport with clients buying or selling homes in Port Elizabeth and the surrounding Eastern Cape, leveraging digital tools to present properties and manage transactions.

As a remote-first agent, you will generate leads, conduct CMAs, show listings online, negotiate offers, coordinate with attorneys and lenders, and provide exceptional service throughout the process.

Formación

• Valid South African Real Estate Agent license required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential real estate.
• Proven sales track record and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Port Elizabeth area residential market.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads and build a client base through networking and online marketing.
• Advise clients on market conditions, values, and buying/selling processes.
• Showcase properties online and create compelling listings.
• Prepare CMAs to help set optimal pricing strategies.
• List properties for sale and manage marketing materials.
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with attorneys, inspectors, and lenders to close transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Port Elizabeth market and amenities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
• Utilize CRM and virtual tour tech to manage client interactions.
