Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Remote Real Estate Agent to serve clients across the Eastern Cape, with a focus on Port Elizabeth. This fully remote role leverages digital tools and video tours to guide buyers and sellers through the entire real estate journey.

You will generate leads, present CMAs, manage offers, and coordinate contracts while maintaining clear remote communication with clients, legal teams, and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Have EAAB qualification and Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Eastern Cape.
• Strong virtual communication and client service capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and online marketing tools.

Aufgaben

• Generate and manage leads through online platforms and virtual networking.
• Conduct virtual property showings and tours via video conferencing.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation for the Eastern Cape.
• Prepare and present CMAs and property valuations remotely.
• Facilitate offer submissions, negotiations, and contract management digitally.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, legal teams, and stakeholders throughout transactions.
