Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker specializing in luxury properties. This fully remote role targets listings in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, and beyond, with emphasis on virtual tours, digital marketing, and client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury real estate, exceptional negotiation and client management skills, and a strong professional network to drive high-value transactions in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate agent or broker license in South Africa.
• Minimum 5 years of successful real estate sales, with luxury property experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Port Elizabeth/Eastern Cape luxury market is a plus.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with virtual tours, digital marketing and online sales platforms.
• Able to work remotely with strong self-motivation and time management.

Responsabilités

• Source and list high-value residential properties with owners.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties.
• Conduct virtual tours and provide detailed property information.
• Cultivate relationships with affluent clients and tailor to their needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through closing.
• Monitor luxury market trends, pricing and competition in Port Elizabeth.
