Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to manage end-to-end group reservations, from initial block setup to rooming list management and final reconciliation. You will liaise with Sales, Events and Commercial teams to ensure blocks are loaded and tracked accurately per contracts.

As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee reservations staff, ensure PMS/CRS accuracy, and support production-related rate strategies while delivering a seamless guest journey from booking to arrival.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in hotel reservations with group bookings experience.
• Familiar with PMS/CRS systems and channel management.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end group reservations process from block setup to rooming lists and final reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events and Commercial teams on group blocks and schedules.
• Maintain group inventories and ensure accurate load of rates and terms in line with contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for group bookers and travel partners for queries.
• Lead training and onboarding of reservations staff and monitor quality of bookings.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to ensure data flows into revenue strategy.
