Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee end-to-end group reservations, from initial blocks to rooming lists and final departure reconciliation. You will liaise with Sales, Events and the Commercial teams to ensure blocks align with contracts and cut-off dates, maintaining accuracy and service quality.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with production teams, and supervise reservations agents to deliver a seamless guest journey from booking to arrival, while upholding Hilton

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in hotel reservations with group bookings
• Experience with PMS/CRS systems (OnQ/Opera preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Understanding of ADR, RevPAR and pace metrics

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end group reservations process from block to rooming list and departure
• Prepare and finalize all Group Resumes for handover to Operations
• Coordinate with Sales, Events and Commercial teams on group blocks and terms
• Manage group inventory and rooming lists with accuracy, flag risks and discrepancies
• Be main contact for group bookers and travel partners; manage events and client queries
• Coordinate meetings and events, communicate requirements, and issue Event Orders
• Ensure accurate billing, payments, and handover to relevant teams
• Support Reservations Manager and collaborate with Commercial Director on production data and rate strategies
