Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead our group reservations operations and production coordination. You will manage end-to-end group bookings, liaising with Sales, Events and Commercial teams to ensure blocks are accurately loaded and billed, while maintaining high guest service standards across all stages of the journey.

You will supervise reservations agents, refine SOPs, and drive accuracy in rate loading and production reporting, partnering closely with the Commercial Director

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in hotel reservations
• Experience with group bookings and block management
• Strong knowledge of PMS/CRS systems and GDS channels
• Advanced Excel skills and production reporting

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end group reservations from block to rooming list and final reconciliation
• Coordinate with Sales, Events and Commercial teams on group loads and terms
• Manage group inventory, flag risks, and liaise with bookers and partners
• Lead reservations SOPs, supervise agents, and ensure accuracy of billing and rate loading
• Support production opportunities with studios, crews, and location partners
