Job summary

Hilton in South Africa seeks a Reservations Supervisor to lead end-to-end group reservations and production coordination with Sales, Events, and Commercial teams. You will oversee group blocks, rooming lists and ensure accurate handover to Operations, while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in hotel reservations, strong PMS/CRS knowledge (OnQ/Opera), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in hotel reservations, group bookings, and block management.
• Strong experience with hotel PMS/CRS systems and GDS/OTA channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end group reservations process from setup to rooming list management and final reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events and Commercial teams to load and track group blocks per contracted terms.
• Manage group inventories and rooming lists with high accuracy and flag risks.
• Serve as main contact for group bookers and travel partners from booking through arrival.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, events, and communicate requirements to relevant teams.
• Lead training and onboarding of reservations agents on processes and systems.
• Ensure reservations data flows into wider commercial decision making.
