Somewhere is seeking a Remote Reservations Agent to manage high-volume calls and digital bookings for a premier hospitality group. You will handle phone lines and emails, secure reservations, and coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly discreet, tech-savvy, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. NDA is a condition of employment, with training provided and weekend/holiday flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant reservations or high-volume call center.
• Native-level fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred for Miami clientele.
• Excellent verbal and written communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and texts professionally using company systems.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
• Field inquiries and relay messages to the appropriate department.
• Secure reservations for groups up to 7 across multiple venues using the booking platform.
• Share availability, policies, and menu details with customers.
• Escalate issues or complaints to management as needed.
• Update client profiles with birthdays, preferences, and allergies.
