You will design electrical systems for solar, wind, and storage projects, delivering efficient, compliant designs that meet project objectives and advance clean energy solutions.

This position emphasizes collaboration with project managers and clients, requires a power-focused electrical engineering degree and several years of design experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on power systems or renewables.
• 4+ years in electrical design; 2+ years in renewables preferred.
• Experience with CAD electrical tools and energy software.
• Knowledge of grid-tied and off-grid power systems.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for renewable energy projects including solar PV and storage.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, protection studies.
• Prepare schematics, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD.
• Select components such as inverters, transformers, switchgear, and cables.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC/IEEE standards and interconnection requirements.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, site engineers, and clients.
