Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 4 years focused on renewable energy systems.
• Deep understanding of solar PV technology, wind energy systems, battery storage, and grid integration.
• Proven experience with power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP) and renewable energy modeling tools.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Experience in developing technical specifications, project proposals, and engineering reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and engineering efforts for renewable energy projects, including grid‑tied and off‑grid systems.
• Develop detailed system architecture, single‑line diagrams, and component specifications for solar PV, wind turbines, and energy storage solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical engineers and project teams.
• Oversee the selection, procurement, and integration of electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses for new renewable energy installations.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant national and international standards and regulations for renewable energy systems.
