• Experience with software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives, processes and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Advise clients on property and lease management best practices.
• Configure software solutions to align with client needs and processes.
• Support all phases of implementation: configuration, testing, training, deployment, post-go-live.
• Develop client-facing documentation, training materials and process guides.
• Deliver engaging remote and in-person training sessions.
• Manage project activities, risks and timelines with project teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Work across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
