Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Functional Consultant to collaborate with clients, understand their business processes, and deliver technology solutions across the real estate lifecycle. You will guide implementations, facilitate workshops, and advise on industry best practices to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role you will configure software, develop training materials, and support deployments from requirements through post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional/implementation/solutions consulting roles.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting business software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate, property management, lease administration processes.
• Experience in professional services with direct client engagement.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, run workshops, translate needs into solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high client service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and translate requirements into designs.
• Advise on property and lease management best practices.
• Configure software to align with client processes.
• Support all phases of implementation including training and deployment.
• Develop client-facing documentation and training materials.
• Deliver engaging remote and in-person training sessions.
• Manage project activities, risks and timelines with project teams.
• Build strong client relationships throughout delivery.
• Work across multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
