Placements24 is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Real Estate Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and lead generation for their property portfolio. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, leveraging data to optimize performance.

You will manage the marketing budget, oversee creative development, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, supporting sales in the Western Cape and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with real estate focus.
• Proven success in digital campaigns and budget management.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for listings and brand initiatives.
• Manage digital channels including social, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
• Create marketing collateral: brochures, videos, website content, virtual tours.
• Analyze campaigns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
