You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure real-time visibility and actionable insights for manufacturing clients.

The role reports to the Head of Digital Solutions and emphasizes end-to-end digital solutions, operational excellence, and a focus on security and regulatory compliance in a South Africa

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on data integration in manufacturing or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable data integration pipelines between shop-floor equipment, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Lead a team of data engineers and analysts, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate value of integrated data for smart factories.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize pipelines for real-time visibility.
