You will work on early-stage development of new chemical products, performing feasibility studies, laboratory experiments, and initial scale-up considerations from anywhere.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a remote team, strong chemical theory, and the ability to deliver detailed reports and recommendations for advancing concepts to market.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical R&D or process innovation.
• Strong theory in chemical principles, reaction engineering, and separations.
• Proficient with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Excellent remote communication and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab experiments to explore new reactions, formulations, and processes.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate performance and viability.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods.
• Develop initial process flow diagrams and mass/energy balances.
• Collaborate with a remote team of chemists, engineers and material scientists.
