Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in materials R&D with a portfolio of innovative projects.
• Expertise in synthesis techniques and characterization methods for polymers, composites, or specialty chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory research to synthesize and characterize new chemical materials.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate material properties and performance under various conditions.
• Utilise advanced analytical techniques and instrumentation for material characterization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product development and manufacturing, to assess material viability.
