Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, or algorithmic trading, preferably within FinTech or investment banking.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, R, or Java, with expertise in relevant libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and trading strategies across various asset classes.
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis and back-testing of trading algorithms using historical and real-time market data.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate quantitative models into production trading systems and platforms.
• Identify and exploit market inefficiencies through data-driven research and analysis.
• Contribute to the research and development of new quantitative methodologies and financial products.
• Monitor and assess the performance of implemented models, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
• Communicate complex quantitative concepts and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with academic research and industry developments in quantitative finance and machine learning.
